THE ROLE
Low-Voltage Technician
As an Low-Voltage Technician, you’ll work hands-on with our installation team to deliver professional, detail-driven outdoor lighting and audio projects for residential and commercial clients.
This is a physically active, outdoor role that requires focus, urgency, and attention to detail. Experience is helpful but not required — we provide structured training, defined installation systems, and a clear advancement ladder. Experience in landscaping, general construction, low-voltage is a plus, but not necessary. We will train individuals with the right strengths and attitude. This is not a clock-in-and-coast position. Reliability and performance matter here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install and service custom outdoor lighting systems
• Install outdoor audio systems and permanent lighting products
• Assist with seasonal lighting installations
• Follow defined installation standards, checklists, and documentation protocols
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet project timelines
COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT

Starting pay ranges from $18–$26/hour, based on experience, work ethic, and skill level.
