What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long Term Sub - Grade 3 ELA position at Sandwich Public Schools?
The Sandwich Public Schools (Oak Ridge School) is currently seeking a Long Term Substitute for a Grade 3 ELA position beginning on Monday, September 21, 2026, until approximately December 14, 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Current MA DESE license preferred.
- Master's preferred but not required.
- Experience teaching grades 3 students preferred.
- Collaborating with colleagues on a team.
- Effective 1:1 classroom strategies.
- Understanding of current pedagogy in subject matter instruction.
COMPENSATION:
- Daily Rate of Pay for LTS (hired for four (4) or more weeks) is BA Step 1 = $331.24 / day for the 2026-2027 school year.
