Summary
The Client Relationship Representative shall be charged with supporting the core functions of the administrative team as they relate to the overall needs of the practice. Service representatives are expected to meet the needs of clients as determined by Lead Financial Professionals/Managing Directors while sometimes identifying client needs themselves. Service financial professionals are also expected to help retain existing clients by providing outstanding service.

Client Responsibilities
Client Relationship Representatives are expected to meet the needs of clients as determined by Lead Financial Professionals/Managing Directors while sometimes identifying client needs themselves.
Include preparing and implementing client paperwork, service requests, actively participating in client meetings and working on follow-up items after meetings. Also expected to help retain existing clients by providing outstanding service
- Client meeting preparation to include: Preparation for and moderation of the weekly set up meeting, Communicate with the Administrative Receptionist any documents she will need to prepare for the client meeting, Finalize meeting agenda and assure that all requested forms and data are included in client file for the meeting, Timely accurate, complete processing of meeting notes to include assignment of action items.
- Receive and execute client requests for online access as well troubleshooting client log on issues.
- Receive client service inquiries for execution.
- Client Service Problem Resolution Alerting Managing Director as needed for direction of problem resolution conclusion.
- Prepare presentations and other materials necessary for client meetings
- Answer routine client questions and service requests
Team Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all prospective and existing clients of the practice through both telephone and face to face contact.
- Assist with client contract paperwork, responsible for implementation and all client follow through.
- Provide a timely, accurate, high level of service regarding the execution of all account related transactions.
Firm Responsibilities
- Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy
- Engage in teamwork and teambuilding and integrate into the culture of the firm
Growth Responsibilities
Support Lead Financial Professionals/Managing Directors and Principals/Partners by creating presentations and materials for business development meetings.
Attend business development meetings with Principals/Partners or Lead Financial Professionals/Managing Directors and take responsibility for follow-up tasks
Education Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required
College Degree
Basic Requirements
2 years related brokerage experience
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word Excel
Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients and management
Strong analytical skills Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements
Customer service center or call center environment experience
Knowledge of investments, insurance, trusts, bank products and financial planning
CRM experience / Sales Force experience
Series 7 license
