About The Role

In addition, you will lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to support rig and spare parts sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and maintaining strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
- Recruit, develop, and promote team members within warehouse and logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply operations for internal and external customers.
- Maintain strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
- Coordinate rig shipping to meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide a safe working environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions or habits, including proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain site conditions using lean principles.
- Manage departmental budget effectively.
- Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
- 10 years in a manufacturing environment with warehousing, inventory control, and logistics experience.
- 5 years in a leadership role managing and developing teams.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Innovative mindset with strong safety and quality focus.
- Logical, methodical problem-solving approach for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experience
