The Field Service Technician provides professional service to Sandvik customers by installing and repairing equipment in a safe and timely manner. The technician will work closely with other departments within Sandvik to ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems effectively.

- Shipping and receiving operations
- RPS field services and corresponding service reports
- RPS Tool teardown, servicing, and documentation
- Drill steel field inspections with detailed reporting
- Air and weight testing of drills at each mine site
- Bit and drill steel deliveries
- Oversight and management of all inventories at the Arizona warehouse
- Install and maintain all types of Sandvik drilling equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures promptly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support to operators and supervisors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service visits.
- Operate vehicle and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in training new employees when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and heavy equipment safely.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.
