Main Responsibilities
Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.
- Check power and hand tools for correct operation.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or manager.
- Assemble components using power and hand tools based on BOM & Lean System.
- Follow a granular schedule to determine required assembly and special options on the machine.
- Report hours properly in the system.
- Ensure connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer specifications.
- Report assembly problems to the Lean system as well as the Supervisor for assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following company policies and procedures.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.

- Must possess some mechanical and/or electrical background.
- Know basic hand tools.
- Know BOM and reading drawings.
- Willingness to work overtime and shirt work as needed.
- Possess the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
