We're looking for acustomer-focused, results-driven Sales Engineerto join our team in North Central Indiana. This is your chance to work with aglobal leaderin tooling solutions and help shape the future of the machining industry.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be thego-to expertfor our customers. Understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth. You'll:
- Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver the fullCoromant product and service offering
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
- Maintain and optimize opportunities using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combinestechnical know-howwithstrong interpersonal skills:
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience withCNC machining,CAD/CAM, andcutting tools
Background in aerospace, defense, and/or high volume automotive manufacturing a plus.
Proven success, or ability to succeed, in technical sales and/or customer facing roles
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
