We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks to support our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, houses, fencing, patios, etc
- Assess the area to be cleaned and determine the appropriate pressure and cleaning solution to use
- Remove dirt, grime, organic material other contaminants from surfaces
- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during the pressure washing process
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of services provided
Skills:
- Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
