Looking for a fun and rewarding serving position??? A job where the tips are great??? Well, we are looking for experienced, dependable servers. Must be familiar with working with a POS system, opening and closing shifts. Applicant must have experience with handling food orders at a full restaurant, knowledge of drink and have Riverside County food handlers card. Must be energetic, fun, self motivated and engaging. Duties

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile and provide attentive seating assistance
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring precise entry and timely communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation platforms
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables swiftly
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Skills
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining or nightlife exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS system.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
• Experience in serving at nightclubs or high-volume venues is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
