Seeking a in office estimator with the following characteristics & Experience:Experience or some knowledge in masonry or NYC ConstructionKnowledge and efficient in reading / understanding construction drawings and detailsStrong communication skillsKnowledge in facade takeoffs & budgetingThoroughly review documents and drawingsAbility to analyze and interpret drawingsMaking detailing Take offs and providing quantities and cost breakdownsResponsible to communicate when drawings and specs are contradictory (RFI)Strong computer skills (including excel and Bluebeam or Planswift)Great attention to detailsWell organized and reliableMaintaining due dates and own the responsibilityCan manage workload and meet deadlinesTeam player and great communication within the companies team
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
