Seeking a in office estimator with the following characteristics & Experience:Experience or high level knowledge in masonry or NYC ConstructionKnowledge and efficient in reading / understanding construction drawings and detailsStrong cumulative skillsKnowledge in facade takeoffs & budgetingThoroughly review documents and drawingsAbility to analyze and interpret drawingsMaking detailing Take offs (Facade work) and providing quantities and cost breakdownsResponsible to communicate when drawings and specs are contradictory (RFI)Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documentsStrong computer skills (including excel and takeoff software)Great attention to detailsWell organized and reliableMaintaining due dates and own the responsibilityCan manage work load and meet deadlinesTeam player and great communication within the companies teamDo not apply if you don’t have past experience or knowledge in masonry or in NYC construction
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
