Job Summary
The Support Staff Member serves as the first point of contact for clients at our office. This role is responsible for providing courteous, compassionate, and professional administrative support while maintaining client confidentiality and supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front desk, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of confidentiality standards (HIPAA) preferred
- Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling systems

Hours
The shift we are currently hiring for is:
- Monday: 8:30am - 2:30pm (Spanish Fork Office)
- Thursday: 8:30am - 2:30pm (Spanish Fork Office)
In addition, we often have coverage needs for other shifts throughout the week and would are looking to have someone who is available to provide support as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
