This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and Workers’ Compensation claims
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a safe environment for staff and residents
- Oversee the Reception Team to ensure smooth front-line operations and a positive guest experience
- Drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals while adapting to evolving healthcare needs
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and staff on HR policies, best practices, and workforce development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of payroll, Workers’ Compensation, employment law, and compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion
- Experience overseeing administrative or front-line teams (Reception, Office Staff, etc.)
