We are seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Director to lead and manage all corporate HR functions while providing guidance and hands-on support to our facility-level HR teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all corporate HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development.
- Serve as the primary HR leader and point of contact for corporate employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as applicable healthcare regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to facility administrators, leadership teams, and facility-level HR representatives.
- Assist facilities with employee relations, workplace investigations, corrective actions, terminations, leave administration, and other HR matters as needed.
- Promote consistent HR practices across corporate operations and all supported healthcare facilities.
- Review HR documentation and ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, employee retention, and performance initiatives.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and leadership hiring efforts when needed.
- Identify potential HR and compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for senior leadership.
- Travel to supported facilities as needed.
- Perform additional HR and leadership responsibilities based on organizational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Healthcare human resources experience is required.
- Experience supporting multiple healthcare facilities or locations strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, workplace investigations, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive and complex employee matters.
- Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with executives, administrators, clinical leaders, department heads, and facility-level HR teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
