An exciting and unique opportunity to work with an independent Specialty Pharmacy in Plano, TX!
Our pharmacy is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and energetic certified Pharmacy Technician to help us provide timely and great service to our patients and doctors. The Pharmacy Technician will assist with prescription management and communicating with physicians’ offices about patient medications via text, call and email.
Technician Duties Include:
- Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system
- Answer incoming phone calls and field patient questions
- Contact doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information
- Answer patient questions and address customer service issues when they arise
- Assist the pharmacist with maintaining medication inventory and place medication orders when instructed
Providing excellent customer service as well as a complete focus on patient care is a must.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPhT certified required
- 4 years of customer service experience required
- Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills
- Must possess valid state certification
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
