Description of the role:
Sands KIA is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter person to join our team in our BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART AIR CONDITIONED FACILITY. We have the largest KIA facility in the state and service more volume than any other KIA dealer in AZ. As a parts counter person , you will be responsible for assisting technicians in finding the right part for the vehicle in our service department as well as working with our wholesale clientele. We are a family owned CDK dealer and offer an excellent culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely part deliveries
Requirements:
- Prior dealership counter experience preferred but will accept equivalent
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
