As the face of our family dealership, you will make sure every guest feels welcome. Your daily tasks will include:
- Warm Welcomes: Greet showroom visitors with a smile and direct them to sales, service, or finance.
- Phone Line: Answer our phone lines with professional etiquette and route calls to the right team member or department.
- Front Desk Upkeep: Keep our customer lounge and front desk area looking tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked.
- Team Assistance: Help our office team with light administrative work, basic data entry, scanning, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Basic Cashiering: Collect payments, issue refunds, and provide customers with accurate receipts (created in CDK Global) while adhering to company policies for cash and card handling practices.

- Personality: A warm, friendly, and helpful attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Experience: Some experience in a front desk, retail, or hospitality role is great, but not required. (Prior dealership experience is a huge plus)
- Skills: Good phone skills, a professional appearance, and basic computer knowledge (email and typing). (experience with CDK Global a plus)
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a bustling environment.
