Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of Sandrof Auto Body. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $81,000 per year, with substantial monthly bonus potential tied to shop performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold Company Standards: Ensure all repairs meet Sandrof Auto Body’s quality and safety benchmarks while exceeding customer expectations.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, motivate, and coach employees to foster growth and maintain a culture of excellence.
- Monitor Performance: Identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise administrative, production, and parts operations to ensure workflow efficiency and high-quality results.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring timely updates and satisfaction throughout the vehicle repair process.
