The Opportunity: Specialize as We Grow
Right now, we are looking for a rockstar to fill a combined Detailer / Paint Prepper role. You will be the ultimate "setup and finish" player for our shop—sanding and taping so our painters can spray flawless finishes, and delivering the ultimate final touch with a spotless post-repair wash so the customer is blown away when they get their keys.

Here is the best part: As our shop grows, we expect this position to split into two separate roles. That means if you come in, crush it, and prove yourself, you will have the opportunity to guide your career path as we expand. You can choose to take full ownership of the dedicated Detailer position, or specialize entirely as our dedicated Paint Prepper. You get to carve out your own space as the business grows!

A Day in the Life:

• The Detail Side (The Final Impression): While you will do some quick pre-washes so planners can see damage, your main focus is the post-repair wash. You aren't doing 5-hour high-end aesthetic details with a fine brush. You are doing highly efficient, quality washes to remove shop dust, clean door jambs, do a quick interior vacuum, and meticulously check for overspray so the customer’s first impression of their repaired car is flawless.
• The Prep Side (The Setup): You will shift gears and get meticulous—sanding, taping, masking, and priming panels to perfectly set up the painter for success.
• The Team Side: You’ll occasionally help install emblems, buff out minor imperfections, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand.

• Experience: Some experience in auto detailing or paint prep is highly preferred, but we will adjust the starting pay scale to match exactly the skills you bring to the table.

• This combined role requires two different gears: moving efficiently to pre-wash and post-wash cars without getting bogged down, but then slowing down to be incredibly meticulous when taping, masking, and prepping panels so the paint job is flawless.
