Job Summary

Are you looking to spend your summer outdoors working on a beautiful golf course? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Seasonal Greenskeeper to join our golf course maintenance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the pristine condition of our grounds, ensuring an exceptional experience for our golfers.

Shift & Schedule

• Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekdays)

• Weekend Requirement: One weekend morning shift required per week from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain golf course greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure proper playing conditions.

• Perform detailed line trimming and string weeding around hazards, trees, and walkways.

• Assist with various landscaping and turf maintenance tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Outdoor Resilience: Willingness and ability to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, heat, early morning dew).

• Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to consistently show up for early 6:00 AM shifts.

• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift equipment throughout the shift.

• Experience: Prior experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, or golf course operations is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
