WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:
Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call responsibilities.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
As our Assistant Maintenance Specialist, you play a key role in property upkeep logistics, supporting the maintenance coordinator in managing operations for commercial, residential, and storage properties. You handle tenant maintenance calls and emails, provide updates to property managers, and assist in the administrative process by managing work orders and maintaining accurate electronic records. You coordinate with vendors for repairs and monitor in-house maintenance staff schedules to ensure smooth operations and well-maintained properties for tenants and owners.
