About The Role
Sandpiper is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values professionalism, integrity, and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and recommendations
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Represent Sandpiper with professionalism in every customer interaction
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate (relocation support may be available)
