Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaner – Part-Time, Daytime Only ($19–$27/hr effective with bonuses)

Sandpiper Turnover Services is a premium vacation rental turnover company serving North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. We're hiring dependable turnover cleaners for the busy season and beyond.
PAY & HOW IT WORKS
- $17/hour base pay (W-2, taxes withheld — not a 1099 gig)
- $15–$40 quality completion bonus per clean, per person, on top of hourly pay
- Example: a typical 4BR/3BA clean takes 2–3 hours. With the bonus, most cleaners earn $55 per clean — an effective rate of $19–$27/hour
- Reliable payroll on a set schedule
SCHEDULE
- Daytime only: most work falls between 10 AM and 4 PM during guest changeovers
- Saturdays are our peak day and availability on Saturdays is essential; weekday shifts also available
- Typical shift: 2–6 hours
- Strongest demand May–September, with year-round work for reliable team members
WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES
Fast-paced residential cleaning during guest turnovers: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, beds, and final inspection-ready detail work. You'll be on your feet, moving between rooms and sometimes between properties. Reliable transportation is required.
We supply all cleaning products, equipment, and gear — you just bring yourself.

Employment is contingent on passing a standard background check at the offer stage.
