About the Opportunity
Sandollar Spa & Pool is seeking a high‑performing Sales Associate with a track record of success in consultative or high‑ticket sales. This role focuses on helping customers transform their homes and wellness through premium products including swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, and swim spas.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver an exceptional, professional sales experience
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right wellness products
- Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing for pools, hot tubs, saunas, and swim spas
- Prepare quotes, financing options, and purchase agreements
- Follow up with leads, nurture long‑term relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with installation, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
