Sandman Sleep is expanding! Due to the success of our downtown Chicago location, we are opening a brand new, modern, 4,000 sq ft. location with high ceilings and natural light in Naperville/Aurora.
Sandman showrooms provide guests the only destination in the Midwest where they may try the world's top "online-only" mattress brands before-they-buy. Brands include the incredibly popular Avocado, Helix, Wink, Nest, Puffy, Tempurpedic and more.

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing an exceptional sales experience and be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, developing and executing sales strategies and community outreach. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure that the showroom is properly stocked and organized.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Create social media posts to promote the showroom.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
