THE OPPORTUNITY
We are growing and looking for a hungry, coachable associate to join our team. This isn't a typical 9-to-5. You'll be learning and applying the proven Sandler Selling System, working directly alongside our franchise owner, and making a real impact on the Indianapolis business community from day one.
You don't need to be a sales expert yet. You need to be willing to become one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Prospect and follow up with potential clients using the Sandler methodology
· Support one-on-one coaching engagements with business owners and sales teams
· Build genuine, long-term relationships with Indianapolis-area business leaders
· Attend and contribute to client strategy sessions and debrief meetings
· Co-facilitate Sandler sales training workshops and reinforcement sessions
· Continuously develop your own mastery of the Sandler Selling System

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in sales, coaching, teaching, consulting, or business development.
· History of and Expectation to make an income greater than $100k
· Familiarity with the Indianapolis business community is a plus

COMPENSATION
Base salary commission and bonuses. Compensation is competitive with the Indianapolis market and is uncapped. Your income grows with your impact.
