Cool Stuff you get to do:
- Produce a high volume of billing reports and distribute to Project Managers
- Produce a high volume of invoices from instructions received by Project Managers
- Review and produce special client invoicing and forms as needed
- Send client invoices per client preferences including: online billing, pay applications, waivers, email
- Produce change order requests
- Bill sub consultant invoices
- Daily communication with clients, project team and sub consultants
- Client collections and communication
- Reconcile client invoices to client’s records
- Research client issues and prepare information to aid Project Managers with resolution
- Revise and reproduce invoices as needed at Project Manager direction
- Review Purchase Orders and Change Orders before signature
What will help you be successful:
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or higher
- Licensed Notary preferred
- 3 years of related accounting/billing experience, preferably in (AEC) industry
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Accounting Software experience (Ajera preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Assertive individual with effective communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
