Requirements of this Operations Specialist role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field
- 5 years’ hands-on banking operations experience
- Background in overseeing multiple branches with willingness to travel between them
- Oversight of teller operations, loan operations, collections, and new accounts departments
- Knowledge of Texas law and FDIC or OCC regulations
- Must love working in and contributing to a joyful bank culture
