- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction business development
- Experience with multifamily project development in the $20M to $100M range
- Industrial and Medical project experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or business
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills
- Must have connections in the Northwest construction market
