Part-Time Window Cleaning Technician

Sandia Window Cleaning is hiring dependable, hard-working Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we'd love to hear from you. Window cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques
• Remove and reinstall window screens
• Clean window tracks, frames, and sills
• Operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, squeegees, and other professional equipment safely
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Represent Sandia Window Cleaning with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Window cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with no hourly pay. Your income is based on the work you complete, rewarding efficiency, quality workmanship, and reliability.

Commission

• Earn 15%–18% commission on every job you complete.
• Your commission rate is based on your experience, performance, and reliability.
