Responsibilities

• Perform exterior vehicle washing using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish.
• Conduct vehicle interior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, window cleaning, and odor removal to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize automotive buffers and polishing tools for paint correction and buffing to restore vehicle luster and quality.
• Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles during service procedures.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving vehicles or equipment within the auto detailing facility while following safe work practices.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies.
• Support the overall vehicle maintenance process by inspecting for paint issues or surface imperfections requiring further attention.
• Follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals, operating equipment like automotive buffers, and performing detailed work on vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about vehicle care processes and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in auto detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including automotive buffers and pressure washers.
• Knowledge of vehicle exterior washing techniques, interior detailing methods, and basic paint correction is a plus.
• Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles as part of the detailing process.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices when handling chemicals, equipment, and vehicles.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Good communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
