About Sandia Computers
Sandia Computers has been serving Albuquerque and New Mexico since 1997, providing computer sales, repairs, upgrades, and technology solutions for residential and business customers.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Part-Time Computer Sales & Service Specialist to join our team.
This position is sales-focused. The ideal candidate loves working with customers, enjoys technology, can sell computer solutions, and has strong hands-on computer hardware repair skills.
Responsibilities
- Sell computers, accessories, upgrades, and technology services
- Help customers find the right computer and technology solutions
- Recommend upgrades and services based on customer needs
- Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
- Perform hardware upgrades, part replacements, and troubleshooting
- Set up computers, printers, and other technology equipment
- Perform onsite customer visits and provide technical support
- Explain technical solutions in a simple way customers understand
- Represent Sandia Computers professionally
Requirements
- Must be experienced with computer hardware repair
- Must own a reliable vehicle for onsite customer visits
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Enjoy working with customers and helping people
- Comfortable selling computers, upgrades, accessories, and services
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
Schedule
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
24 hours per week
Weekend availability is required.
Compensation
$14.00 per hour sales commisions
