In this role, you will provide high-level operational, clinical, and programmatic leadership across Integrated and Outreach Behavioral Health services while continuing to engage in direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary, whole-person care team. You will help shape programs, strengthen workflows, support staff development, build community partnerships, monitor outcomes, and drive meaningful improvement across the department.

Key highlights of the role include:
- Leading Integrated and Outreach Behavioral Health operations

- Overseeing documentation quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- LISW-CP required
- CPR certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Integrated Model of Care
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing behavioral health programs
- Minimum of 5 years of public speaking experience

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
