Job Summary
The Dietary Aide performs a variety of food service functions in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. He/she may also assist in some aspects of food preparation.
Requirements
- Handles food and equipment according to corporate, local, state and federal sanitation policies and procedure
- Delivers food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas as instructed by the supervisor
- Performs daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Must possess working knowledge of the methods and techniques of handling and serving food
- Must have the ability to follow diet lists, portion foods as specified, and serve food in an appetizing manner
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
Salary : $20,000 - $40,000
