A category-defining AI company is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to help shape and scale its global partner ecosystem during a period of exceptional growth. Backed by significant recent funding and already working with major enterprise customers, the business is building cutting-edge autonomous software development technology used by some of the world’s most recognised organisations.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded partnerships leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building strategic relationships from the ground up.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will define and execute the company’s strategic partnerships roadmap across AI labs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and enterprise technology platforms.

You’ll play a central role in helping the business expand its market presence, strengthen integration capabilities, and unlock new commercial growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with key technology and platform partners
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities
  • Build relationships with AI model providers, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Drive integration and co-sell initiatives that support enterprise customer growth
  • Create scalable partnership frameworks, metrics, and operating models
  • Represent the business at industry events, partner meetings, and executive briefings

About You

  • 6–10 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Strong track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth technology environments
  • Experience working with cloud, AI, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, “0-to-1” environments
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required

Salary : $220,000 - $240,000
