Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and confidence
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest
• Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to maximize sales
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
• Support store merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and following visual standards

Skills

• Previous POS (Point of Sale) experience or familiarity with cash register operations
• Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members when needed
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base
• Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally and effectively during customer interactions
• Experience in stocking, retail sales, cashiering, and handling retail transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and retail math calculations
• Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising principles, and store presentation standards
