Job Description
Sanders Truck Service, Inc. is currently seeking a Service Manager to work at our state of the art facility. We strive to provide unmatched service to both our customers and their vehicles (trailers, dollies, and switchers), with an emphasis on honesty and integrity in the repair process. The Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of the location operation.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all employees through coaching and career skill development
- Communicate with the customer, FedEx Ground, and the Sanders team
- Maintain the shop and parts
- Perform daily paperwork
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Previous management experience required
- Heavy equipment mechanical understanding preferred but not required
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to effectively lead and manager the technicians
- Solid track record in repair estimating and repair order generation
- Windows PC skills
- EMDECS or similar shop management system experience
