Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping patients navigate their orthodontic treatment? We're looking for an Orthodontic Finance Coordinator to join our Bentonville office team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth financial experience for our patients while working closely with our clinical and administrative teams.
What You'll Do
- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits.
- Prepare patient contracts, payment plans, and financial arrangements.
- Submit insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and appeals.
- Process insurance payments, EOBs, and account reconciliations.
- Manage patient payment schedules.
- Review patient balances and communicate financial responsibilities.
- Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor outstanding insurance claims and follow up on delayed payments.
- Handle patient financial questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist with monthly account maintenance, refunds, and financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in dental or orthodontic insurance and billing preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and private dental insurance verification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems and insurance portals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
