What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you'll work on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Every day brings something different, and you'll have the support of an experienced team behind you.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot equipment efficiently and provide lasting solutions.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards.
- Work alongside plumbing technicians when projects require integrated systems.
- Assist with remodeling and replacement projects.
- Communicate professionally with customers, explaining repairs and recommendations.
- Deliver outstanding service while treating customers and teammates with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Holds a HVAC license.
- Has strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Values honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
- Has experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems (preferred).
- Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
