We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units within our manufacturing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions including manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, leadership, and technical/commercial roles.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously. Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or medical device environments is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, technical, and leadership positions across multiple sites/business units
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities
- Conduct intake meetings to align on job requirements, compensation, sourcing strategy, and interview process
- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, technical fit, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates
- Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage offer process including compensation discussions, offer presentation, negotiation, and pre-employment coordination
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring activity, and requisition status updates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment process improvements, and talent pipeline development initiatives
- Support hiring events, internship programs, and workforce development initiatives as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, engineering, or medical device environments strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for both hourly manufacturing and salaried professional positions preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume and niche technical recruiting environments preferred

- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and hiring best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations
- Experience with workforce planning and recruitment process improvement initiatives
- Experience recruiting within regulated manufacturing environments (AS9100, ISO, ITAR, medical device, etc.)
- Experience supporting internship, leadership development, or university recruiting programs

Salary : $103,000 - $125,000
