Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 6 months experience in dialysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL LEARN:
Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training.
Communication with the patient’s nephrologist.
Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker, Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse (RN) required.
6 months minimum experience in dialysis
Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.
Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
