This is an in-office role.
We are seeing a high-caliber Manager of Financial Reporting to join an elite finance team. Our client is looking for an emerging leader with a Big Four or public accounting background, who is ready to drive the financial narrative of a global holding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and critical regulatory documents including FERC Form 1 and 3Q.
- Manage all aspects of ledger and sub-ledger accounting, ensuring a seamless month-end close and gold-standard reporting framework.
- Interpret and apply the latest SEC, FASB, and FERC pronouncements to maintain total transparency across a multinational enterprise.
- Own the EDGAR and XBRL submission processes while championing initiatives that enhance reporting scalability and efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating strategic relationships with internal business partners and external auditors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
- 5 years of experience in industry/public accounting
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience in a multi-billion dollar corporation and utility iIndustry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
