Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Guide, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver unparalleled VR adventures. You’ll greet guests with energy and enthusiasm, guide them through their experiences, and ensure they leave with memories worth sharing. This role is perfect for outgoing, tech-savvy individuals who love providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, immersive environment.

What You’ll Do

Delivering a World-Class Guest Experience

• Be the friendly face that welcomes guests and gets them excited for their adventure.
• Guide guests through every step of their VR journey, from gearing up to celebrating their victories.
• Assist guests in capturing and sharing their experience through photos and videos.
• Handle guest inquiries and proactively recommend future experiences.

Tech Support & Operations

• Become an expert in Sandbox VR’s technology and ensure all equipment is properly set up.
• Assist guests with fitting their VR gear and troubleshoot any technical hiccups.
• Maintain smooth gameplay by calibrating and monitoring the VR equipment.

Maintain a Pristine Experience

• Keep the facility and always keep areas spotless and well-organized.
• Ensure VR gear is clean, sanitized, and ready for the next adventure.

• You can pick new systems with ease.
• You’re comfortable standing for long periods and occasionally lifting to 40 lbs.
• Weekend availability a must: Our busiest times are when people are out having fun!
