We believe a more equal world is possible - and that it will take us working together to create it.Role OverviewThe Company Partnerships Lead will shape how Lean In engages with companies worldwide through our programs to advance women and address the broken rung. You will steward our most strategic relationships, expand scalable partnership models, and build a portfolio that drives both growth and measurable impact. This role requires someone who can think big and execute with discipline – someone who can build trust with senior leaders, create partnership models that scale, and ensure our programs are embedded effectively inside organizations. Your work will directly influence how companies invest in women’s advancement – and how progress is sustained over time.
