What are the responsibilities and job description for the GM for Full Service BBQ restaurant position at Sandbar BBQ?
Sandbar BBQ in Sandy (not Sandy blvd) is looking to fill the GM position. We have been open for three years and are looking to build on a strong start. We currently have 20 employees at this full service location. Please check us out online at Sandbarbbq.com.

Expectations of the job:
- Run day to day operations, schedule, ordering, payroll, upholding cleaning standards, social media, while working shifts and eating hours.
What we are looking for:
-Preferably someone with a cooking and front of the house background. Someone that is more than capable to fill in at any position in the restaurant.
-Someone with Experience managing people
-Someone that can handle themselves with class in stressful situations
-Someone that can make the staff accountable for their actions
