Junior Architect

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of architectural projects, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on various architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Assist in the creation of design concepts, drawings, and presentations using Revit.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
• Support business development efforts.
• Contribute to interior design elements and renovations as needed, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Qualifications

• NAAB accredited degree in Architecture.
• Actively working towards completion of the AXP.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for architecture, design, and innovation, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the field.
• Previous internship or work experience in architecture or related fields is preferred but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
