Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own our organic search strategy end-to-end. This role starts with a full site audit to identify the highest-ROI SEO opportunities, followed by execution and ongoing optimization.
While this role spans strategy, content collaboration, and performance tracking, it is strongly rooted in technical SEO. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing technical improvements that drive sustainable, white-hat organic growth across traditional search and modern, AI-driven search experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and create a prioritized SEO roadmap
- Identify and execute high-impact, ROI-driven SEO opportunities
- Implement technical SEO, including: Structured data / schema markup, Crawlability, indexing, and site architecture, Page speed & Core Web Vitals
- Optimize on-page content, metadata, and internal linking
- Monitor site health and resolve technical SEO issues
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve rankings and conversions
- Stay current on AI-driven search and recommend optimization strategies
- Support organic Google Shopping optimization (plus)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies
- Strong hands-on experience with technical SEO implementations
- Ability to conduct audits and prioritize work based on impact and ROI
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding experience a plus)
- Experience with Shopify.
- Data-driven mindset with clear communication skills
- White-hat SEO practices only
