Job Title: Commercial Property Manager
Location: Austin, TX

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to tenants and maximizing value for our investors. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties (office, retail, and/or industrial).

Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure high building standards.

Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely resolution of service requests or concerns.

Monitor and enforce lease agreements, including rent collections and renewals.

Prepare, manage, and report on annual property budgets and monthly financials.

Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Support leasing efforts by coordinating with brokers and prospective tenants.

Ensure compliance with local laws, codes, and regulations.

Provide regular reports and updates to ownership or senior management.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

3–5 years of experience in commercial property management.

Working knowledge of commercial leases, property operations, and budgeting.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

CPM, RPA, or related certification is a plus.
