A growing property management firm is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in the daily operation of our property Tapestry Aquarena Springs in New Braunfels, TX.
The assistant manager should be an organized, outgoing and friendly professional who supports the community manager in all aspects of property management. The focus of this position is to ensure the effective operation of the apartment community. This role is responsible for keeping accurate property records, leasing available units, tenant retention and assumes a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- 2 years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
- Strong admin and communication skills.
- Lease up experience, Required
- LIHTC experience, Required
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
- Yardi experience, strongly preferred
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test
COMPENSATION:
- $23-25/Hr. depending on role and experience.
