Marketing Associate

Join an amazing team!! Sandalwood Management is looking for a Marketing Associate who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

The Marketing Associate will be working directly with our Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs. The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns, report on results and coordinate market research studies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Research new marketing trends and tools to stay current
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work under little supervision and direction- must be a self-starter and go-getter
• Must be willing to travel to offsite/local properties when needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with standard digital marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
• Assist with optimizing occupancy at properties by reviewing weekly report and making suggestions for growth
• Create social media posts and help manage Facebook pages for 52 properties across the U.S.
• Help schedule and manage photoshoots for properties
• Manage and respond to property reviews left on google, apartments.com, Facebook, etc
• Assist properties with Yardi troubleshooting issues as needed
• Maintain all branding images, logos, brochures, flyers, etc. for Sandalwood Management and all properties
• Engage in employee branding and employee engagement
• Conduct phone call and email shops, providing feedback/training to onsite teams
• Reviewing leasing / CRM metrics
• Weekly reports on CRM follow up performance
• Weekly reports on traffic, leases and closing ratios
• Provide CRM support to onsite teams

• Detail oriented with ability to train others 

Job Requirements:

• Previous onsite leasing experience
• Excellent content development, writing and editing skills
• Strong ability to multi-task across various projects and properties
• Detail oriented with ability to train others

Experience with the following:

• Yardi/RentCafe (Site Manager & CRM)
• Adobe and/or Canva
• Reputation Management
• Social media marketing

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience
